Bert Casey
Founder & President
In his twenties Bert Casey went for a job interview but accidentally found himself at the wrong company, and despite not currently hiring they saw something in Bert and offered him a sales position. And so began his career in the ingredient and chemical distribution industry.
By the time he reached 40, after years of company buyouts and job changes, Bert realized the corporate world could not provide and protect his family the way he wanted. With no external support, simply utilizing the strength of his connections and network over the years, Bert founded Casey Ingredients and began transacting in the Texas market. His method, in contrast to his corporate competition, was simple; return focus to customer and supplier relations, putting people first. Through dedication, passion, and hard work he laid the foundation of a sustainable and successful business model that supported his family.
Will Casey
Owner & CEO
Will Casey grew up in this industry, delivering bags of citric acid and sodium benzoate in the back of his car during high school summers. He watched the day-to-day process of his father building something out of nothing. After college Will took a role in the San Antonio warehouse.
With father and son now pushing the boundaries together, the company began to grow. Over the years Will worked in all aspects of the business, including customer service, accounting, operations, and supplier relations. After taking partial ownership and the role of CEO, Will has driven Casey Ingredients to rapid growth by honoring its humble beginnings and fostering a culture that reflects the values and resilience of his family’s legacy.
